100 % Schiava
The past sunny years promised an elevated sugar gradation and low acid content. This led us to anticipate the Schiava vintage in order to improve the conservation of the acid structure. The result is a harmonious light and fruity wine.

Aroma: A very noticeable violet aroma typical of Schiava.
Taste: The Vernatsch reveals an interesting relation between its corporal and acid structure.
